About the shipping
If shipping from China, We provide free shipping for most countries. delivery time about 7-15 working days. Express delivery methods will have UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS and other. In some rare cases, delivery time might be delayed due to local customs clearance. We will send the tracking number to your for checking.
If shipping from OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE.
1. Germany warehouse，CZ warehouse, Poland warehouse, Spain warehouse.
2. We could ship all the units from these overseas warehouse, it would take 3-15 days for shipping.
3. Shipping time depends on whether the local warehouse is in stock. If you encounter a situation without inventory. We will replenish the stock for your order. Then ship it to you. The time will be 10-25 days. If there is inventory, it is usually 7-15 days for delivery.
SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
If you have not received your shipment within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
About the payment
After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information.
If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service.
After making a payment, can I ask for refund if I do not want to buy for other reasons？
Yes, If the goods have not been sent within 7 days after the order is placed, you can contact customer service for a refund at any time.
Department as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request.
If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped,
then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
About the Tax
Please note if you buy from China warehouse, the import taxes are needed in most countries, it is depends on your local custom policy and it is the recipient's responsibility.
We are not liable for any import tax, customs fee, or customs delay.
If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fee, we would not resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay all the return and resend cost.
If you are a buyer from the European Union, you do not need to pay customs duties if you purchase from an EU warehouse.
