1. Why Black Screen ?  
Incorrect cable connection is an important reason that often causes black screen!
When connecting the cable, please connect the cable according to the following picture. This is the correct way to connect the cables.


2. Why is the BT call not clear ?
When using carplay, please select after-market mic in the settings.


3. Why rear camera is not working ?
The carplayboard support OEM and after-market rear camera.  Pls choose correct setting for it.


4. Why there is no sound after installing carplay board ? 
Pls activate OEM AUX on setting like this below video, Then the sound will work.

4.How to do with carplay connection disconnects frequently ?

7. Can I upgrade if my device is working fine?
The upgrade simply fixes the common problems encountered above. If there is no problem with the product, no need to upgrade!
